Non-conformity with RD 1112/2018:

  • Videos of points of interest with synchronized audio do not have subtitles.
  • Videos of points of interest with synchronized audio do not provide a description of what happens in the video.
  • The map of points of interest does not include headings.
  • In the points of interest, when opening a 3D object or a Virtual Tour, the website does not warn of the context change.
  • The map includes markers showing the location of the points of interest, but these markers are not keyboard-navigable. If one is clicked, a modal window appears on the map without prior notice, changing the context.
  • The Virtual Tour content is not accessible via keyboard.

Disproportionate burden:

Enforcement procedure

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, if you disagree with the decision adopted, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim.

A claim may also be filed if twenty business days have passed without receiving a response.

The claim may be submitted through the General Instance of the  Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville , as well as by other options established by Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

The following useful and accessible features of the Patrici@ mobile application are described below:

  • This application is compatible with TalkBack , the Android screen reader. Once activated, TalkBack reads aloud the items on the screen. To move through the app, swipe one finger right or left to move through items, and double-tap to activate the selected one. You can also explore by touching the screen with one finger to hear what is underneath it. TalkBack allows accessible navigation through buttons, menus, and forms.
  • This application is compatible with VoiceOver , the iOS screen reader. When activated, VoiceOver reads aloud the items on the screen. To navigate the app, swipe one finger right or left to move between items, and double-tap to activate the selected one. You can also touch the screen to hear what is under your finger. VoiceOver allows accessible interaction with buttons, forms, and menus.
  • This application can be used with  physical keyboard navigation on compatible devices and is compatible with iOS Switch Control and with the accessibility switch menu in Android. All interactive elements can be selected and activated using these systems.
