Puerta de Sevilla
The bastion we know today as the Alcázar de la Puerta de Sevilla in Carmona formed part of the city's defensive enclosure and allowed access to the city from the west.
Vetus Urbs (ciudad antigua de Itálica)
The Itálica Archaeological Site of Cultural Interest Zona Arqueológica Itálica is a Roman settlement from the 3rd century BC divided into two areas: the Vetus Urbs (located under the village of Santiponce) and the Nova Urbs (visitable area of the site).
Oil Press
This 3D model recreates a Roman beam-and-screw press, used to extract oil from olive paste. Archaeological finds in the Estepa area have revealed installations and artefacts linked to olive oil production in Roman times, bearing witness to the importance of this activity in the region.
El Coto Las Canteras
The Coto de las Canteras is one of Osuna’s most unique heritage sites. Situated on the hill of San Cristóbal, it bears the marks of the work of generations of stonemasons who quarried the sandstone used in numerous buildings in the town. It is a landscape formed by successive layers of time: the sandstone formed in an ancient sea; the hill transformed by the quarry; the spaces adapted once quarrying ceased; and contemporary interventions, which have incorporated gardens, sculptures and new cultural uses.
